An unremarkable month with weather wintry but not extreme. Roger kept fairly busy with his bowls commitments. There was also the funeral service for a well liked member of the bowling club in nearby Beckford church – more than 30 bowlers were present, a very good proportion of the club.

Teresa made several visits to Oxford, and was able to see Jay ice skating, which she has started to do one evening a week.
