August
On Friday
3, we went to Cirencester and the Roman villa near Chedworth, satisfying Jay’s
wish to ‘visit museums’. Here’s what we found.
Jay spent
a week under canvas at an orchestra course at Beauchamp House. It was cold, wet and windy for her. We went to the closing concert (1˝ hours
long, which represents a lot of work in the week).
Roger has
had an angiogram (X-ray of the cardio-vascular system), which reveals that he
will need to have bypass surgery – recommendations as to where and when are
awaited.
Hazel
returned home from respite care. No
great change in her condition, but she needs more and more doing for her. Anxious times for Teresa.
Belated
birthday presents for Roger on Saturday 11, one the latest edition of a good
dictionary to help with crosswords and quizzes:

Jay spent
a few days away with relatives. She had
a really good time and was lucky enough to be taken to Longleat for the day,
which she thoroughly enjoyed.
