Our tree from a local farm was installed on Wednesday 12.  We also had some holly and mistletoe from a kind neighbour, and all our other decorations came down from the loft

Teresa and Jay decorated the tree

This crib set occupies a manger made by Teresa’s late step father-in-law

About to start the Christmas Eve meal

The crackers were hand-made by Jay, with carefully chosen gifts and hats

Teresa prepared our now traditional Christmas Eve meal:  prawn cocktails, followed by Beef Wellington for Roger and Teresa and a duck crown for the girls
